Eligible devices include new Windows PCs and handhelds pre-installed with Windows Home. New Windows PCs with Windows Pro qualify only when running on NVIDIA RTX Spark silicon. Refurbished computers and devices bought through unauthorized resellers, online marketplaces, liquidators or auction websites are excluded.
The promotion runs from November 2 through December 31, 2026, and is limited to people in the United States. To claim the games, buyers must open the Microsoft Store app on Windows 11. The bundle is expected to appear on eligible PCs by November 30, 2026. Microsoft may revoke the promotional benefits if the purchase is returned, canceled or otherwise left incomplete.
Several games in the collection support Xbox Play Anywhere, which lets players access supported titles across Windows PCs and Xbox consoles. The report identifies Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition, Gears of War: Reloaded and The Elder Scrolls Online as examples. It also notes that Call of Duty: WWII, Fallout 76, Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary and Minecraft Dungeons do not support the feature.
