Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader’s final DLC expansion, Processional of the Damned, will be released on December 8, 2026. The expansion is coming to Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2 and PC through Steam, GOG and the Epic Games Store.
The new story introduces Stella, a recruitable Miraculist raised by the Order of Saint Cognatius. She leads the player’s crew to the Processional of the Damned, a vast graveyard of voidships, after a mysterious force draws her there. Trapped among the ships, the crew must work with survivors of a lost missionary expedition to investigate the site and find a way out.
The expansion also adds the Zealot, a playable archetype focused on melee combat with hammers and other blunt weapons. Stella can use psychic Pyromancy to set enemies alight and adapt her abilities during combat based on Veil Degradation or the number of Psykers in the party.
New threats include Chaos Space Marines from the Black Legion and Aeldari from the Iyanden Craftworld. The DLC will also introduce an Insanity mechanic that causes disturbing effects for companions, as well as new weapons, including a Grenade Launcher, a romance option, companion events, items and space exploration options.
