Xbox has launched its latest Free Play Days event, offering a selection of games for members and the broader community to try this weekend. From Thursday, October 29, through Sunday, November 1, subscribers to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, Premium, and Essential can play WUCHANG: Fallen Feathers, Darkwood, Spirittea, and EVERSPACE 2 at no additional cost. While these titles are available on consoles for members, Spirittea and EVERSPACE 2 are also accessible across PC platforms during the event window.
Separately, Dead by Daylight is free for all Xbox users to try from October 28 until November 2, regardless of whether they hold a Game Pass membership. This title is available on console systems without requiring an active subscription. The event coincides with the "Haunted by Daylight" update, which introduces new gameplay mechanics involving rifts and items inspired by the Void Realm.
Players interested in continuing their experience after the trial period can purchase the games at limited-time discounts while retaining any Gamerscore and achievements earned during Free Play Days. WUCHANG: Fallen Feathers, a soulslike action RPG set in the late Ming Dynasty, offers a 30% discount on both editions and the Deluxe Upgrade DLC. Spirittea features a 50% off sale for the full game, inviting players to manage a bathhouse for troublesome spirits. EVERSPACE 2 is available with an 80% discount on the base game and up to 50% off its expansions, Titans and Wrath of the Ancients.
Dead by Daylight participants can also take advantage of up to 60% off the base game and special pricing on select DLCs until November 4. To access these titles, users can visit the individual game detail pages on Xbox.com or navigate to the Free Play Days collection under the Subscriptions tab in the Xbox Store on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S consoles.
